Roxanna “Roxie” Green is a pioneering female drummer, acclaimed music producer, composer, and entertainment executive with more than three decades of experience across music, film, television, and live events. As Chairman, CEO, and President of HWAL, Inc. since February 2013, she oversees all aspects of corporate governance, SEC and OTC Markets compliance, financial disclosures, and strategic initiatives. Under her leadership, the company has advanced toward public exchange uplisting while pursuing mergers, acquisitions, and growth strategies to strengthen market position.
As Co-Founder of Lunar Records Fund #1 LLC and CEO of Melody Trust LLC, Roxie is at the forefront of innovation in the music and entertainment industries.
She leverages cutting-edge technologies — including artificial intelligence, digital music marketing, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and NFTs — to transform how music is distributed, monetized, and preserved. Her work at Melody Trust focuses on protecting and monetizing a vast catalog of more than 25,000 legendary music master recordings, safeguarding the rights of songwriters and performers while creating sustainable revenue streams for artists and stakeholders.
Roxie has managed over 200 high-profile artists and projects, collaborating with major networks and studios including CBS, ABC, Fox Sports, Universal Studios, A&E, Warner Music, UMG, Showtime, HBO, Disney, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount, and Viacom. Her expertise spans artist management, music production, publishing, contract negotiations, corporate finance, PR campaigns, and strategic branding.

Edwin W. Semans, III is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, corporate compliance specialist, and business development executive with over three decades of success spanning the technology, telecommunications, and maritime industries. Known for his strategic agility, Semans has consistently driven growth across both corporate landscapes and niche commercial markets.
Semans’ foundational career is rooted in enterprise technology sales. For fifteen consecutive years, he regularly achieved or exceeded his sales quotas as a Senior Account Manager for both national and regional telecommunication companies. Managing the sales of multi-site VPNs, cloud data hosting, and complex product suites, he established himself as a producer in the B2B tech sector.
Semans holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Hobart College in Geneva, NY, and is a Certified Corporate Compliance Specialist via Ethan Hathaway. He resides in Winter Park, FL, where he enjoys fishing, golf, and boating.
Semans has been an active philanthropist supporting foundations focused on the homeless community (Annapolis Light House Shelter) and battered families housing (Bernie House) in Annapolis, MD, and the restoration of the Chesapeake Bay (Chesapeake Bay Foundation and The Chesapeake Bay Trust) .

He excels at translating complex product offerings into measurable value for clients, consistently hitting quotas while building trust at every stage of the customer lifecycle. His portfolio has spanned industries including Healthcare, Home Services, Real Estate, Mortgage, and Hospitality.
Gregory holds a B.A. in Sociology with a History Minor and a Certificate of Markets and Management from Duke University, where he was a leader of the Duke Rugby program — serving as Vice-President, Treasurer, Co-Captain, and USA Rugby Representative. He also studied at the London School of Economics.
