Over the past 2 years the company has shifted its core business activities to investing into, building and acquiring new business operations in innovative and forward-thinking industry sectors such as: blockchain, AI, Fintech, NFTS, and cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin. During that same time, the company established an R&D division to explore the multitude of new digital asset frontier opportunities and towards developing a blockchain and tokenized driven technology platform system to provide transparent, equitable, honest, and in real time royalty payments to music writers, publishers and performing artists.
All the new projects will provide future cash and stock dividends to the HWAL shareholders.
Within the past six months, the company has seen tremendous growth in the new budding business operations building that includes the following projects:
- HWAL opened new division, Melody music sync licensing division and added Jesse Wright to the executive managing team for the licensing of the company’s music catalog for use in Film, TV, games, Trailers, and Advertisement.
Jesse Wright brings to the company over 15 years of seasoned experience as music supervisor and director roles at Warner Music Group, Artist Publishing Group, and several boutique music houses. Jesse has contributed to countless sync placements, including campaigns for Netflix, Hulu, Universal Pictures, Activision, the NFL, Paramount Pictures, NBC, Disney, and more. Under Jesse’s leadership, Melody has recently signed a strategic alliance with the Music Supervisor Music Clearance platform, DISCO.

- In 2024 HWAL’s Melody Trust, music division, formed joint venture record label “Lunar Records” (www.lunarrecords.com) in partnership with Space Blue (www.spaceblue.club) for the specific curation of the “Lunaprise Moon Museum.” The time capsule is a private payload called Lunaprise, and was a payload curated by Space Blue bolted to a private lunar lander, launched atop the SpaceX Falcon 9 ( IM-1 mission Galactic Legacy Labs Lunaprise payload, and landed on the South Pole of the moon on 2.22.2024. Neither SpaceX nor NASA played any role in the contents of the payload

The K-POP music partnership will be co-managed by Lunar Records Music Supervisor, Grammy winning producer Andrew Lane; a multi-platinum producer, songwriter and publisher with over 50 million records sold worldwide. Andrew has worked with Sony, Warner, Disney, Universal Music & Interscope, and has developed many notable artists such as Miley Cyrus, Becky G, and Sabrina Carpenter.
